It is still very hot and humid here in Kyoto. Recently I have visited Uji to explore the area. There are some world heritage sites such as Byodo-in and Ujigami Shrine to see. It is such a great city with a lot of nature and definitely worth visiting!!
Uji is also famous for producing high quality Japanese green tea called "Uji Green Tea". If you are health-conscious and a fan of green tea try a cup of freshest green tea there!
