Walk 1-min. from “Tasokare” to the grand Bukkoji Temple, one of the city’s most famous temples founded in the 14th century. The atmospheric geiko-teahouse districts of Gion and Pontocho, and the historical Yasaka Shrine, are also within easy walking distance.
